BT FC is a Ghanaian development football club founded by Iddrisu Baba Terkper, CEO of IBT Sport Management.
IBT FC competes within Ghana’s football pyramid and was created with a
clear purpose: identify young players with genuine potential, place them in a structured football environment, and prepare them for higher competitive levels.
The original club profile states that the project recruits young talents,including players aged 14 to 19, while combining competitive ambition with a strong development mission.
The objective is not simply to build a team. It is to build players.
